"Fetch the rock...or not"

Films: Night of the Wild (2015)

Alias: None

Type: Mutant

Location: Civilized Area/Forest

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Across the decades, we've seen more than a couple flicks involving packs of dogs suddenly going crazy and attacking their former human companions. But this time, is isn't even our own fault. The menace that would put a strain on the phrase "man's best friends" would instead come from the stars...

History: At some point in a small town, a meteor shower provided a bit more than just eye candy. The green rocks landed on Earth, and they did things. Terrible things. The minds of every canine around the meteorite became warped, and all of them regressed to their feral nature. Now, every dog in town is a predatory beast, and the few survivors will be lucky to escape.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After making it out of the town, the survivors have already killed a lot of dogs along the way. However, upon landing, they find that the meteor shower extended beyond their town's borders, and a whole army of killer dogs is awaiting.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-As usual, a huge pack of ravenous dogs is nothing to sneeze at. They have proved many times over that it's hardly any better than getting mobbed by a pack of wolves. That said, because it is the Asylum, a lot of it is marred by terrible CGI. But when there are real dogs on display, things go sour.

Trivia: -A lot of the color lighting in this film was inspired by "Suspiria", of all films.

-There are no accounts of meteors making things go insane, as of now. However, a couple recent sightings have noted a couple of meteors/comets glowing a luminescent green. They have been seen since the 50s, and are often called Green Fireballs.
